Administrative Support Lead

MMBI is seeking a contract based, detail-oriented and proactive individual to handle administrative tasks and assist with business development efforts. This role requires someone who can manage behind-the-scenes operations while also engaging with potential clients to promote MMBI's educational offerings. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and passionate about helping micro-businesses succeed through non-traditional marketing approaches.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage administrative tasks including email correspondence, calendar scheduling, and document organization

  2. Process course registrations and maintain student records

  3. Assist with the preparation and management of course materials and resources

  4. Conduct outreach to potential business clients to promote MMBI's offerings

  5. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers

  6. Provide administrative support for Sunday Learning Sessions

  7. Coordinate with instructors and participants to ensure smooth course delivery

  8. Complete performance self-assessments

  9. Assist with data analysis and reporting on course enrollment and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  1. High school diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

  2. 1+ years of administrative experience

  3. Strong organizational and time management skills

  4. Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  5. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Email, Docs, Sheets, Meet)

  6. Experience with customer relationship management 

  7. Interest in marketing, education, and micro-business development

Compensation Structure

Contract: 3-period contract (with potential for extension)
Location: Remote

Base Pay: $100 signing bonus
Project-Based Pay: $25 base + compensation for completed projects (maximum 5 approved projects per month)
Estimated Monthly Pay Range: $150-$1,000
